At Sassy Paws Photography, every session is relaxed, personal and created around the people and animals in front of my camera.
Whether you're celebrating the personality of a much-loved pet, capturing the connection you share, updating your family photographs or preserving precious memories with an ageing companion, the focus is always on creating natural photographs that feel like you.
Pets are at the heart of Sassy Paws — but they're certainly not required.

Senior & End-of-Life Photography
Some of the most meaningful photographs are created during the quiet, precious moments we share with our senior companions.
These sessions are gentle, unhurried, and focused on creating beautiful memories while your pet is still by your side.
As someone who has worked in animal rescue and veterinary care, I understand how important these moments are, and how difficult this stage of the journey can be.
My aim is to create a calm, compassionate experience that honours the bond you share with your beloved companion.
What to Expect
Every session is different because every pet, person and family is different.
Sessions are relaxed and natural, with plenty of room for personalities to shine through.
There is no pressure for perfectly posed photographs — whether I'm photographing a pet, a family, or a special celebration, the aim is to capture genuine moments and connection.
For sessions involving pets, we'll work at their pace, allowing time for treats, cuddles, play and breaks whenever needed.
All species are welcome, and sessions are adapted to suit your pet's personality, mobility and comfort.
Most photography sessions take place at the Sassy Paws studio in Bligh Park.
Limited home and outdoor sessions are also available where appropriate, particularly for senior and end-of-life pets, within 20km of the studio.
Families, children and pets can be photographed together — and pets are absolutely not required for family sessions.
Whether we're celebrating a birthday or gotcha day, capturing your family as they are right now, or preserving precious memories with a much-loved companion, the experience is designed to be relaxed, personal and genuinely you.
